My husband has recently completed the LSVT therapy course with Celia. He was diagnosed with Parkinson’s eight years ago and during the last year or so his speech had become very quiet and sounded like he was mumbling. He was often asked to repeat himself, which was embarrassing for him.
Celia has enabled him to get his voice back and I now have a husband who can be heard, does not stay in the background keeping quiet, leaving me to talk to friends, family and strangers. Celia is such a lovely person, she is very helpful, encouraging, patient and funny. We had a lot of laughs during the course. Celia also took the time to research hobbies and subjects that my husband was interested in, which helped him keep focused.
We would recommend Celia to anyone who is having problems with their speech to do this LSVT course. It is intensive and hard work but the results are amazing, which is all due to Celia’s hard work and dedication.
